Integrate Python AWS Lambda Function with Stripe

Hi,
I have 2 AWS Python Lambda functions that:
1) Start/Stop EC2 Instance
2) Log hourly EC2 instance usage to Dynamo DB

I need to integrate these 2 functions with Stripe Payment Processor, on my Admin Site made in Ruby, so that:

1) We bill client every 30 days based on hourly usage
2) If the billing fails, we automatically stop EC2 instance and disable the start/stop toggle.

The Stripe is already setup on my Admin site and functional. I imagine we need to handle most of the logic on the back-end and return results to the Stripe and Admin Site.
