Required Contract Drafting,Contract Law,Corporate Law,Litigation,Paralegal Services freelancer for CA corporate litigation paralegal job

I need a paralegal with five plus years of litigation experience specifically in CA and only CA. Must be able to draft complaints, motions, discovery request and responses, etc. Preferably would like them to have access to Westlaw and Lexis. Also need them to have a file with pleadings and motions to pull from for a faster turnaround. Also would like them to have transactional experience with a file of boiler plate contracts for future use.
