Required CSS,CSS3,Graphic Design,HTML freelancer for Custom CSS Design Banner on Footer of Wordpress site job

I want to add a custom footer promotional piece at the bottom of my wordpress/canva website. This will require custom css.

I will provide some sample with shortlisted candidates.

Scroll to the bottom and notice the promo footer 'Subscribe to the site and get more amazing...'

It's on every page of the site. Notice the black effect sort of like marker scribble.

We may have to configure the existing footer text (privacy, terms, etc) so it's more seamless like the example.

I have the text ready, just need someone to plug it in.
