Our company is looking to expand operations and add another CUSTOMER PHONE SUPPORT AGENT to join the team. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH WELL.
-Must have good internet and phone connection
We are looking for a new team member who will call homeowners, build rapport and ask conversational (scripted) questions. If their property fits our criteria, you then set an appointment for the Acquisition Manager. That's it :-)
-Work is 5 DAYS A WEEK AND 5 HOURS PER DAY
-We provide you with a simple and casual script to use
-You will be using something called the MOJO DIALER which allows you to make up to 300 calls per hour, so no need to manually hand dial
***** Monthly Pay $550 per month PLUS bonuses! ***** Opportunity to make 650-750 per month if you do really well.
When we close on deal, you get paid a bonus! You get a bonus of $600 for each lead that we close. There is no CAP on bonus.
We have lists of motivated sellers and you will be calling for about fours hours a day (There is some flexibility here).
You must be comfortable on the phone; and be able to have a casual and positive conversation with homeowners.
You must be ethical, professional and open to helping motivated homeowners, in their time of need.
