We are looking for a data encryption decryption specialist for our data privacy because privacy is a major concern for enterprises. In the case of facial recognition, customer face data is crucial and that's where we convert each face captured (in a frame) to embedding. However, this embedding can be read reversibly to create an image, hence privacy is breached.
We need experts who have worked on the above use case thereby encrypting and then decrypting (in-memory) before letting enter inside deep learning model. The decryption key shall be owned by the client and used before data (i.e. encrypted embeddings) enter our model servers.
Good to have worked on federated learning and compliance certificates.

The responsibilities include the following:
- Manages and continuously enhances the capabilities within Data.
- Protection service portfolio.
- Provides expert advice and drives various encryption and key management initiatives including those related to the endpoint, database, file/folder, tokenization, cloud, and big data environments.
- Makes recommendations to improve maturity of existing tools and capabilities improve protection.
- Coordinate solution implementation, advisory, problem management, change control and incident response.
- Excellent collaborator with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offers technical guidance.
- Develops, tracks, and analyses actionable metrics to continuously improve tooling and procedures and provide visibility of operations to management.
- Provides simple solutions to a variety of complex technical problems.
