Looking for an experienced CAD Drafter who is adept in using AutoCAD to draw site plans based of Google Earth. The ideal candidate should be experienced in drawing site plans, be able to show all existing conditions and be knowledgeable about the ADA code.
A big part of this job is being able to communicate clearly and effectively. Along with meeting proposed deadlines, the work must follow certain CAD standards and layering systems. Candidates who are able to balance these nuances will be preferred. Attached is a sample pdf of the final quality of deliverable expected to be produced on various jobs in the pipeline.
Please attach sample site plans drawn by yourself which show the existing or proposed conditions of a project you have worked on. Any proposals without any samples, will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who have drawn site plans for commercial or retail buildings.
