Need a lease refined and possibly other legal documents like a power of attorney, management contract worked out for a town home in Virginia.

Needed want:
a. Some tweaks done to an existing lease [roughly 15 pages may grow with addendum]
b. Some answer/questions to questions
c. power of attorney for person who is going to manage the document
d. contract between me and the property manager.
