Hi,
I would like to find the best way to automate manual processes. Currently, I have a excel spreadsheet with data (i.e.: vendors informations, products' informations) + some images (i.e.: Vendor's logo, product's picture) that I manually upload into the Firebase portal (Google App storage environment).
Currently the manual upload works as follow:
1) upload an image (i.e.: product) onto the Firebase portal
2) Get the URL of that image on the Portal and store it aside its product into the excel spreadsheet.
3) Run a Macro to generate a JSON file
4) Get the data of that JSON and insert it into the Firebase database
It is very cumbersome and I need to automate that process, however, I don't know which tool/method could handle that?
Additional requirements:
- Currently the data is in Excel spreadsheet but tomorrow it will be a web-based portal for vendors to insert their data. So the tool/method must not only work for excel.
- The tool/method must be FREE or have a FREE version (i.e.: open-source)
That is why I am counting on you to suggest some tools/methods to automate that process.
