Required API Development,Cloud Computing,Google Analytics,Web Host Manager freelancer for Moving website from one domain to another job

I have a website under one domain name based on my old business name and would like to move it to a new domain with my new business name. I own the URLs and they are both on Hostgator. (I'd also like any advice on whether there is a more sustainable web hosting provider to move to.) I'd also like some help setting up google analytics for this. If at all possible, then i would love help creating a simple API to count and display some data that is related to the downloads, etc on my site, but i can hire someone separately for that if it is out of your skillset.
