Required Email Design,HTML freelancer for Need an HTML email signature expert job

Ive had HTML email signatures designed but the creator can't get them to display properly on mobile devices... tried the google recommending "shaking and pressing undo" but that doesn't help... i suppose this would either be a VERY simple fix that would take a few minutes who knows what they're doing OR maybe its a bigger job if they have to recreated. ANyways, apply if you're an expert in this field and ill send you what i have and you can advise me on the scope of the job...
