End to end recruitment:
-Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board
-Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule
-Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
-Build candidate pipeline
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate
-Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
-Following up with the candidate after the offer is made
-Experience in IT recruitment
-Good communication skills, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, portal
management, data management, MIS reporting, building rapport with
candidates. Stake holder management, end to end recruitment
-Passion for recruitment
-Should be highly energetic and a go-getter person.
-Hands on with new age recruiting tools and techniques
