Chiromatic is a mattress and sleep company, relaunching June of this year. We are looking for a seasoned customer service/sales agent to manage our online chat service. You will become a product knowledge 'expert' for our brand. Must be proficient at leading online customers through the sales process and helping to close a sale. Equally important, is accurately answering new customer questions/concerns and conducting stellar post-sale customer service. This position can be Full Time for one individual or split between 2 at a minimum of 10-20 hours per week.
