Technology Standardization Project
Objective: Identify and implement uniform suite of technology products to facilitate team communication and productivity across lines of business (LOB) and functional departments (DEPT).
Organization Overview: Travel company with multiple lines of business in a de-centralized footprint, including many remote workers and requiring heavy use of virtual solutions.
PHASE 1: ASSESSMENT
Current State:
- Document current state for each system category (e.g. video conferencing service, chat application, support ticket system, chat application, etc.)
- Assess LOB and DEPT satisfaction with current state
Needs Assessment:
- Identify core business requirements for each LOB and DEPT
Recommendations:
- Recommend best solutions based on LOB and DEPT needs, budget, and marketplace options
PHASE 2: IMPLEMENTATION: Manage implementation projects of selected solutions

Standards for use of Hosted Desktop (SACA Technologies is current provider)
