Required Technical Support freelancer for Provide IT Support between 11pm and 8am Sydney Time job

Hi We are an IT company looking for a support person to have the following 1. Perfect English with very good accent (as you may be answering some phone calls for our after-hour support) 2. Be avaliable after hours (11pm to 9am) Australia/Sydney Time Duties: 1. Answer phone calls if they come in (2-3 calls per shift) 2. Be avaliable online to answer our live chat from our website and handle tickets as they come in (very basic - and everything has a script provided to make life easy - full training will be provided) 3. Take care of client servers backups, and general server/desktop maintenance 4. Do some jobs as requested 5. Keep online ticketing system updated.
