Roles and Responsibilities:

Building a sales pipeline with the sales team.

Delivering weekly reports on call activity, lead, and opportunity generation.

Supporting the sales process by creating sales presentations.

Following up on leads and conducting research to identify new business opportunities.

Proactively contact prospects (50+ calls and emails per day).

Understanding client needs and setting up preliminary meetings for the CEO and sales leadership.

Sourcing and developing responses for RFP’s in websites, mobile apps, engineering and software development projects.

Researching and qualifying potential clients from web searches, online platforms or digital resources and following up on them.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to email, connect and interact with potential customers

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.

2-4 year’s telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.

Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Major plus points for experience in the mobile app, website and software development space

A strong understanding of the IT services industry.
