Required Content Writing freelancer for Technical Editor - Ongoing Edits and Proofreading for 1 month job

I am looking for someone that can help me daily with quick email edits:
- change words, to bigger, more professional sounding words with each email ...
- proofreading each email
- check for spelling, grammar, syntax errors
- weed out wordy expressions and puffy sentences
- change the complex and expansive to a clear, direct style
- note any words or statements that might be misconstrued
- suggest any reformatting to better invite reading
- look for 'bad habits' (passive voice, excessive punctuation, repetitiveness, flippancy) - when not intentional
- analyze for proper order, tone and message.
- Basically, make the emails very professional.

I am looking for someone that can turn around an email that I send them within 1-2 hours it'll be helpful to find someone to do a quick turn within the hour and provide professional edits ongoing. This will be a monthly job. I'll start off with 4 milestones, $10 a week for three weeks and then $70 for the 4th milestone. This will make sure the job is being done quickly and professionally with every edit. If the job isn't being completed professionally or within reasonable time, I'll immediate cancel the contract. I am looking for someone that can commit to this for at least a month. The total job is $100 a month based on your professional edits and your turnaround. Most emails range from 200-600 words (sometimes more, but not often). I am looking for someone to edit 4-9 (sometimes more) emails daily, including sometimes on the weekend and this person must be very fluent in English and recommended to be a technical writer.

What would happen, is I would send you an email, you would turn around the email within 1-2 hours (MT Time) with your recommended edits checking the above and making the email sound very professional and wording changed to sound more technical and professional. Basically, I'll send you the message and you edit the email with the changes. Simple.

If you're a good English writer, a technical writer and can help with emails to make them stronger, clearer, professional, change words around and more concise and can commit long term, please let me know. I would like to get a sample out before deciding.
