Required Internet Research,Virtual Assistant freelancer for Virtual Assistant job

We are a crowdfunding and digital marketing agency based in Paris. Since we spend a lot on time on business travels to go meet our clients abroad, we are now looking for someone to help us manage our business travels by:

-Finding the best value airplane tickets
-Finding the best Travel accomodation
-Finding co-working spaces or offices in the cities where we plan to travel

We are looking for a freelancer with experience in Business travel management. You speak english fluently and speaking french or spanish as a second language is a plus. If so, please tell us more about the tasks you carried out successfully.
