ABOUT ME

In my previous role as a Admin Assitant/Business Support at Anecdote International, I handle the following duties:
• Administrative Tasks - Provided administrative support to the Executive team (CEO/Co-Founder, Managing Director and Head of Sales) by managing multiple and complex calendars, and booking travel arrangements for them.
• Project Management - Created DPP projects in basecamp and sent weekly email to the participants. Effectively communicated project phases (such as the 6-month Deliberate Practice Program for the business story programs) with the business and project stakeholders.
• Events Coordination- carefully searched, selected and liaised with Hotel Merchants for training/workshop venue’s technical and catering requirements. Send follow-ups, special dietary requirements, and other reminders to workshop participants.
• Research Works - searched for information and/or video clips (including cropping, merging and editing videos for the directors’ presentations.
• Streamlined software/applications management - including increasing Linkedin (and Sales Navigator) connections for all directors, searching for more followers for the company’s Instagram account, and management of the directors’ Salesforce accounts.
• Adhoc Tasks such as assisting with global partners with their pre and post workshop requirements.

In the past, I've also spearheaded a database management in another organisation which has proven to be a significant tool in the management of each countries' Area Directors. I am frequently praised or my ability to handle complex tasks and solved problems without requesting input, while also maintaining an awareness of when input may be desired. In short, I have all the basic skills necessary for the role. I have a very high sense of integrity. I’m conscientious and always keep my promises and commitment seriously. have an advanced skills in G-Suite applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
