ABOUT ME

 Effective in handling Incident Management(IM) and Change Management(CM)
 Providing support for 24/7 in monitoring alerts and resolving them.

 Performing software installations, upgrade and maintenance, kernel over Linux system.
 Supported Linux servers in production/QA/development environment.
 Experience in installing the packages in different Linux systems.
 Experience in implementing patching activity on Linux based EC2 instance and Azure VM’s.
 Experience in restoring the Server in both Azure and AWS platform.
 Experience in implementing EFS and mounting it with Linux instance in AWS.
 Experienced in logical volume management (LVM) for effective use of the disk space available.
 Responsible for creating swap partitions if there is extensive usage of memory.
 Finding the root cause analysis and preparing the implementation plan and implementing the tasks
 Experienced in user and group administration.
 Experienced in service pack upgradation of SUSE machine in both AWS and Azure platform.
 Experienced in copying the files to remote Server as securely.
 Involved in activity of changing Linux File system from EXT4 to XFS.
 Experienced in creating NFS and CIFS mounts in Linux machine
 Experience on handling traffic on the cloud.
 Creating new accounts for Users, Groups and added users to different group through IAM.
 Setting up roles in IAM and applying it to different users.
 Setting up and configuring zabbix monitoring tool on Linux based EC2 instances.
 Configuring cloud watch alarm for the EC2 instance.
 Building S3 buckets and managing policies for S3 buckets and use S3 bucket for storage and backup
on AWS.
 Configuring and managing security groups and VPC.
 Experience in AWS EC2 Instance. Launching of multiple EC2 instances, also stopping, starting and
terminating the instances on scheduled basis.
 Experience in Building VM from base in both Azure and AWS platform.
 Implement auto scaling for the application servers where the traffic and load keeps varying depending
on the peak time.
 Administering and setting up Security groups and VPCS specific to environment.
 Managing private and public subnet in AWS cloud as per request.
 Setting up VPCS and its components: Internet gateway, Network ACL, Security group, subnet and Route
table.
 Work with development and QA team for any issues related to deployment, network and infrastructure.
 Providing support for 24/7 in monitoring alerts and resolving the L1 issues
 Provide root cause analysis for major production incidents to management and take necessary action to
avoid such incidents in future.
 Providing the support by 24x7 shift rotation basis and monitoring incident queues to attend user and
system calls.
 Work as a team with colleagues to resolve any major issue in Production within SLA.
 Ensuring quality deployment across all platforms with minimum and or no errors.
 Create and manage separate keys and security groups for each of the AWS node.
 Working experience on Servicenow ticketing.
