ABOUT ME
My name is Dr. Aditya Ajit Gupte. I completed my Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) which is one of the leading institutes around the world. My thesis was on Unsteady flow analysis of synthetic jets using OpenFOAM and HPC. In my thesis, I studied the three dimensional nature of fluid flow within the cavity and orifice of synthetic jet and related the physics to the various applications. I have a good knowledge in C++ and Python since I have been using it in my research for programming solver and codes in OpenFOAM. I have also developed my own solver in OpenFOAM which uses CPU and GPU together and have tested it for results.
I graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering. During my Masters, I worked with scientists from NASA Glenn Research Center on finding thermo-structural deformations in Scramjet Engines, which helped them in improving the scramjet performance. For the simulations, I used ANSYS and NASTRAN for my simulations.
