I am a certified Chef and have been working in 5 star luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants for the last 5 years. English has always been the first language spoken in my household, followed by Bengali. I can also read and write Hindi. I am an avid reader and am interested in reading and learning about many different subjects like food and beverage production, restaurant management, hospitality and tourism, food technology, raw materials, logistics, aerospace and automotive technology and of course biographical texts and fiction novels. Interested in communication, content writing, editing, transcribing text related to any field.
