ABOUT ME

On my resume, it does state that I am a nurse by profession, but I tend to gravitate towards jobs that require me to either write or converse in English. In fact, my most recent employment was that of a team lead (customer service and technical support line of business) for one of the biggest telecommunications company in the US. I spent 6 years with customer service and technical support for both email and phone and was also trained in sales and order entry and fulfillment. I retired and left a career to start up a business but unfortunately, that did not pan out a planned, thus I am trying to get back into the workforce.

In my roles as a team lead, I am quite adept in the use of most both offline and web-based office software namely Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. Admin tasks such as data collection and analysis are also part of my everyday routine.

I am very passionate and conscientious when it comes to my work. I also pride myself in being able to work on my own with very minimal supervision.

All these I believe makes me a viable candidate for this position.

As for the position's technical requirements, I have 2 laptops (both i5) both wired directly to my modem. My main ISP is PLDT FIber with a speed of at least 25 Mbps and my back up ISP is Globe at 5 Mbps.

In terms of the work hours, I am very flexible and can start right away. I have no qualms about working in a graveyard shift.
