Hello!

The first few dishes I cooked were nightmares! I'd guess what spices worked well together, eyeball measurements, and try and play catch up, all the while the food is burning in the pan. In the kitchen and across industries people perform better when they have a clean and clear view of how to proceed! It only took a few times before I realized that having all of my ingredients laid out first made my job easier, faster, and resulted in a better end product.

An IT/Sales/CS landscape is just like a complex recipe, it only gets harder when you don't have all the ingredients laid out in front of you, and it becomes near impossible if you're not sure of the quality of said ingredients. For the last couple of years, I have been helping enterprise organizations "keep a clean kitchen" giving them insights into the whole of their IT, allowing them to make clear data-driven decisions.
