ABOUT ME
My previous jobs and work experience have taken place in Amazon, Boots and Sainsburys. All of these retailers are a fast-paced customer service environment which has build up my confidence and the skills to communicate well with diverse customers. I have the advanced IT skills with a certificate of being able to operate basic databases such as Excel and PowerPoint. I have the ability to present well in front of a customer or a team with great interpersonal skills that i have developed when being peer educator to a group of people. While also i have certainly developed the skill to be flexible and can certainly deal with various complaints in the workplace or any conflicts. Currently, I am a university student in education with my major as Banking and Finance.
