• Have domain experience in end to end procurement and materials management.
• Supporting for tickets raised in MM module and also implementing new business requirements through 'Change Requests'.
• Ticket resolution in maintained SLAs, execution of change requests for business specific cases.
• Developed detailed business process design and SAP functional design documents.
• Preparation and facilitation of acceptance of the functional specifications and Unit Test cases.
• Preparation of presentation packs as requested by the Project Manager.
• Liaised and provided support to the Technical Team involved in the development and testing activities.
• Have handled critical incidents for engagements ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
