ABOUT ME

I have been working as a customer support representative since 2015. I am currently a full-time employee in one of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies here in the Philippines as an email support associate, for almost two years now. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, I unfortunately am unable to work for income right now, and would like to take a shot at online jobs. I am confident in my ability of transcribing, as I have also worked in a voice account before. It is one of my job experiences that helped me develop active listening skills, I believe is needed for the job. I am also very well-versed in English, and can compose a good email.
