ABOUT ME

I have years of experience as Customer Service Support in office where I'd worked for and home-based setting. Part of my job was to communicate with customers whose primary language is English.

The main purpose in work is to quickly adapts to customers' needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative-problem solving and a thorough knowledge on how our business works.

Moreover, I am proficient in Livechat, Microsoft Office, Zendesk/Zopim chat, Internet Research, Trello, and other web-based project management and collaboration tools.

Nevertheless, based on my vitae, as a solo parent I need to work hard and being able to work at home provides me ample time to attend to other work-related activities while earning to provide for my son's daily needs.

My hobbies are browsing the Net (searching for possible online jobs), cooking, and do the chores.
