5 years in the BPO industry with various accounts handled and managed --- 2 years as a Freelancer. From Outbound, Inbound, VA, Data Entry, Transcription, Lead Generation, Customer Service Representative and Sales Agent. I was a Team Leader and a Quality Assurance Analyst.
