I am a ISTQB certified tester(Test Manager) with 12+ years of extensive experience in Software Testing of Enterprise Applications using various automated testing tools and methodologies with 9+ years’ experience in leading medium sized team.
• Strong skills and understanding in Test Leading / Management, Test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Metrics capturing, analysis and implementing corrective actions, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from project initiation in a global delivery model with testing team based onshore and offshore.
• Extensive work experience in Functional testing, Sanity (Smoke) Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration testing. Strong knowledge and experience in relational Databases.
• Experience in develop, document and review software validation products (test plan, test cases, test scripts) against the Software Requirements Document as part of the SDLC activity.
• Experience in preparing different testing deliverables like Test Estimations, Test summary reports, Defect reports.
• Hands on experience in using Automation tools like Selenium, QEngine and QTP.
• Highly motivated team leader with strong communication, Interpersonal, analytical and technical skills which will help my team to meet management expectations.
