I began my career as Customer Service Representative at Concentrix Philippines from August 2019 to July 2021. My primary role is to resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. During my career, I’ve demonstrated the ability to help and improve levels of customer service. As an example, I achieved several call commendations from the client during my 2 years in the company.
