ABOUT ME

My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more management responsibilities and get involved in product strategy. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization where I can build a career and Learn new skills.

I'm obsessed about creating amazing experiences for customers. I pay attention to the details because they matter. I always make sure to listen, Recognize, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, Standardize, and Integrate.I have 1 year experience of being a costumer chat support at ToTem core. My work there is to answer all the queries of all the customers through emails. I am Proficient in MS Office Applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Working as a customer support involves a great deal of patience and attentiveness and as I'm working even in a small amount of time I have learned the 3 important qualities of customer service center around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. My years of experience may be short but I learned a lot of things while I'm working at the comfort of my home, I want to work remotely because first less distraction and working from home gives you the space you need to think critically, perform better and improve your skills.
