I am highly organized, thorough and motivated professional with over four years’ experience in
IT roles. Currently employed at Simplify-IT Limited as a Network Operating Center Engineer,
assigned at Amadeus East Africa providing IT support services, primarily through a helpdesk
system.
I am MCSA certified, having attained a bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology from
JKUAT with second Class Honors (upper Division), and diploma in the same field which
incorporated both Computer Networking (N+) as well as computer repair (A+). Also, certified in
I.V.Q in I.T system support and pc maintenance.
I have extensive experience in various server operating systems especially windows, Microsoft
applications and general knowledge of mac OS, plus significant experience in domain controllers
as well as exchange servers. I have a strong working understanding of Local and wide area
networks
