ABOUT ME

In 2010, I was hired as a Customer Service Representative at Qualfon Inc. and worked for three years and a half as Tier 1 to Tier 3 agent assisting customers from all over the USA. I’m versed in written and verbal English communication with proper phone call etiquette. I was trained for a technical support specialist, handling difficult/irate customers, sending emails, creating tickets, providing effective and efficient customer service.
When I decided to work in the comfort of our home, I worked as an appointment setter for six months, four years as Leads Generation Specialist, few months as Virtual Assistant, and another few months as Outbound Sales Representative and currently working as a Collections Agent for US Company for more than a year now. I am hardworking with great attention to detail and no attendance issue. I am also willing to be trained for any additional skills for job compliance.
