ABOUT ME
Over the past 5 years, I've worked with several different kind of industry. At first I've tried to be a sales staff, then being as a brand ambassador. Then turned to outbound agent for a website. After having an experience with BPO as a tech support and customer service, I've tried to work as an admin assistant and coordinator for a semi private hospital. And now, I'm trying to pursue my goal as a trainer for a BPO company.
My aim is to understand what are the client's needs and help them fulfill it by giving them my outmost willingness and share to them my knowledge and time for the team to grow to its finest.
