Hello there my name is Brent John or you could call me as brent, and I am currently working as an appointment setter here in Transcends Outsourcing Group.
I've been working in the BPO industry for about 2 year and half now. So, I started data entry agent for a company called V.A. Tech Solutions for 6 months where was asked to check the invoices of different malls in U.S and after that In my second experience It's still data entry, what I do was looking for the main email of the Lawyer and their private phone/mobile number for about 6 months.
Right after that, I transferred to being a customer service representative for integrity staffing solutions which is a recruitment company for amazon. What I did was I handled different inquiries and complains of different employees and solve them within the call.And After handling different campaigns, I can say that I’m most comfortable and efficient with working in the real estate industry.
I’m very fond of cold calling and talking to people from different walks of life. After getting information from interested homeowners, I set them up an appointment to my Real Estate investor for them to close the deal.
I am Flexible, Hardworking and good at multitasking.
