ABOUT ME

I have a broad experience in customer service since I work in the BPO industry for almost 10 years. As a customer service representative, I have smoothly dealt with different kinds of customers in different communication channels such as by phone, email, and chat. In this position, patience, understanding, excellent customer service and commitment are well practiced and observed.

My experience in the real estate industry is Listing Management and Transaction Coordination, Executive and Admin Assistance. I also know the basic of photoshop, social media management and marketing, web research and lead generation (sales navigator, i.o tools, chrome extension and keyword search.

My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick learner and welcome challenges as well. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy.
