ABOUT ME
I am a hardworking and self-motivated virtual assistant from Kenya with a broad range of skills. I have mastered research and data management, the use of spreadsheets, and software like google data studio. Currently, I work remotely for Iworker where I handle customer questions and concerns via email and online chat services, email marketing, scheduling of appointments, and assisting with other administration tasks. I understand how to use Hootsuite, sprout social, and Tailwind for social media management and Canva for posts creation. I am is excellent at listing businesses on Google my Business, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Dropbox, and Google drive. I have a basic understanding of WordPress and lead generation. Also, I have a level of English, flexible, quick to learn, and multi-tasker who can work under pressure with little supervision. When free, I read business journals or play puzzle games.
