The work to me is everything, and I would throw every rule overboard and send them to the bottom of the sea tomorrow, if I felt there were a more excellent way. You can become an even more excellent person by constantly setting higher and higher standards for yourself and then by doing everything possible to live up to those standards. Just imagine how fast, innovative and excellent your business will be once every single teammate - from the janitor to the executive - begins to see themselves as the CEO of their own area of responsibility. I completed each education level with great and flying colors; I worked along mostly with BPO companies, Online Teaching institutions, Private offices as a secretary, An accounting officer, and many more. I am coachable, positive thinker.
