Guiding customers on their monthly plans and on how to maximize their services. Efficient in order provisioning, involved in the whole process of the fullfillment of the orders from start to finish in line with the process. Efficient in handling the following queues: - Leads to be forwarded to salesperson to perform the sale. -Doing Triage of customer’s account to check credit assessment, webform for their requests and building Kugamon codes correctly for the gross profit of sales by selecting the right hardware, plans, accessories and add ons. -Coordinating with the warehouse for reserving and delivering hardwares as well as pre order back order offers. -Provisioning of the orders -Invoicing of the sales order and dispatching the hardware to the correct address -Knowledgable in doing reversal of orders and return satchel for the complicated orders.
