ABOUT ME

I graduated at Saint Louis University with a Bachelor's Degree major in Human Resources Development Management last 2017. I started working as a Guest Service Associate in a Condominium for two months, my duties and responsibilities there is that to safe keep the door keys, assisting guests, and addressing their concerns. After being a guest service associate, I transfer to my field of study which is Human Resources, I am currently employed for two years, I have developed how to multi-task on things I need to do. I also orient new employees, disseminate orientation for the on-the-job training and recruit applicants for our company. As an HR Officer , I am responsible in answering concerns of the employees regarding the companies policies and guidelines, oversee and tracking their attendance, and releasing memorandum and warnings for the employees violations and warnings. I have an ability to adjust in different working conditions and can create good working environment. I am willing to learn more and experience different kind of expertise for me to grow and develop more.
