I am a Social Media Representative as of the moment for a year and a half now. I help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, book a flight and take orders before when I was a Customer Service Representative, and process returns and refunds.
I also experienced being a Training Supervisor for an outbound and inbound account. Customer service training managers work on behalf of companies to provide training for employees who assist customers in person, on the telephone, through the mail, or online. Our goal is to ensure that the training programs in place meet the needs of existing and new staff.
I am also a data entry or Virtual Assistant before. I assists management with large projects, events, and community management. I also works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns. Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects. Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
