Included interfacing with the project teams, support teams, subject matter experts, and training personnel to solidify understanding and clarity of training materials. * Assists Content Manager with training and mentoring Assistant Content Specialists in writing techniques and CMT writing guidelines. * Hands-on-working experience content development in the field of education, covering finance, Tourism, HR, management & medical domain. * Works with marketing and content team to develop compelling infographics for B2B and B2C technology audiences & working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. * Manage concurrent content development projects effectively and on time and within budget. * Good at time management and tracking work flow. Edit your own work based on feedback provided by clients and subject matter experts. * Work with Partner Marketing and broader Media Partnerships teams across Sports, Social Good and Entertainment to develop & frame content. * Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide others when necessary (e.g., with content development, creation, proofreading and editing of content). * Substantial/broad hands-on expertise in developing content with a demonstrated history of working in the education/fashion/IT/non-profit industry.
