ABOUT ME

Managed the entire learning and development practices across the company by giving market
research on the latest technology, course design, resources identification, administering LMS,
maintaining a training plan, assess them internally and analyze their report for further growth.
Collaborated with the Project Managers in Auditing the Project Process Compliance and marking
the non-compliance for not adhering to best practices. Also, identified the risks involved in each
project and report them to the project managers and the management.
Owned the content delivery management division for 11 different clients in the project and have
been appreciated greatly for innovation and on-time delivery by the clients.
Completed projects related to automated testing, network security and data structures, and
have published my work in reputed journals.
Guided students in their under graduate project work related to machine learning, networks,
security and trust management in cloud services.
