ABOUT ME

I am an intuitive, efficient and scrupulous business building assistant. A fast learner and exceptional at identifying situations or areas that need attention and picking up any loose ends. No micro-management needed. While being productive and thorough I always strive for perfection (within reason) and put great care into every task I undertake.

I have over 10 years of experience working with small businesses helping them (and their owners' sanity) through times of growth. Assisting with all aspects of business, including but not limited to:
- WordPress website and online store management (managing listings, inventory, sales etc.)
- Social media management (posts, sales, client communication etc.)
- Physical shop management (staff, inventory, sales, cash ups, any client communication etc.)
- Admin (data capturing, payroll and VAT submissions (only for South Africa), POS and manufacturing system management).
- HR and Customer care (I have a natural affinity with people).

In my personal time, I like to remove myself from city life and adventure through nature. My partner, our two dogs and I are avid hikers, canoers, runners and lovers of all things outdoors. I am also a firm believer in "Happy body, Happy mind" and make a point of staying healthy and active.
