• Familiar with Automation Tools; QTP, JMeter and Postman.
• Responsible for the Test Management of project once software delivered to in country environment until Go Live including estimation, planning, execution, defect creation & coordinating triage, reporting metrics to business and closure activities.
• Proactively identify dependencies and collaborate with cross functional teams, other Programs teams to manage dependencies & risks. accounts for Project Management.
• Facilitating project organization, Employee Dialogue (ED) by project implementation teams, roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, workflow. Manage both dependencies & interfaces between projects, third party within a program & outside to ensure successful project execution by technical leadership and guidance to project team.
• Worked as Senior Tester at Client-side BT Radianz-NJ-USA for 3 months and as Test lead at BATELCO-Bahrain for 1-month Pre-paid phase 1 UAT.
