- Handled Chat Support for Customer Service
- Offer technical support assistance for Voice Over Internet Services with Vonage and magicJack
- Handles and Manage both Sales/Customer Support in E-commerce and SAAS
- CRM Tools: Zoho, LIVEchat. LMS, Dynawebs, Ontraport
