ABOUT ME

I have been working since 2011 related to Data Entry, Customer Service, Email and Chat support, Accounting, Inbound/outbound and Telemarketing with industries such as outsourcing, finance, insurance and warranty and retail accounts. I have dealt with both local and foreign clients/customers particularly in the UK and Canada. Being in the business process outsource industry for about 7 years led me to have several opportunities to expand my horizon and to grow professionally. I am proud to say that I am proficient in Customer handling, Customer satisfaction, Audit, Telemarketing, CMS, CRM.
I also have basic knowledge and a background on Microsoft application, Citrix, Zendesk and CRM and In line with this I was commended on customer satisfaction, attendance and loyalty.
It is an accomplishment for me as each company conducted a very good training which makes me equipped with the tasks that will ask me to do combined with me being detailed oriented, self-motivated and with integrity in every tasks I do.
