Operation & Maintenance Technical Support • Fault location, isolation, trouble shooting and resolution for BSS and MW equipment. • Sites outage follow-up with field and OMC representatives. • Media monitoring of different media providers and follow-ups in case of fault. • Taking various initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and increase machine up time. • Involvement in software up gradation and RSL improvement. • Project monetary and other resources management. • Physical or remote participation in alarms rectification. • Following up resolution of all incidents and monitoring resolution to agreed QoS targets. • Activates escalation processes related to network faults. • Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance 24/7/365. • Monthly, weekly and Daily reports. On-site Support Services • Detailed ticketing system to streamline complaints and resolution • Support for desktop issues • Password Resets • System Reset • Software and OS issues • Network compatibility issues etc
