ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Ferlin and I am looking for a freelance job where I can apply all the knowledge and skills that I was able to obtain in my previous job as a Subject Matter Specialist in a Technical Support Account of one of the famous phone companies in the United States called T-mobile.
I am highly motivated, especially when I love what I do. Goal-oriented, because I will not waste time and finish the task given in the most efficient way possible. I am also willing to learn new things and able to adapt most especially in a stressful environment.
As an experienced customer service representative, I am trained to specialize in customer satisfaction, to resolve any technical support concerns and device issues and also, to handle different types of account with different types of issues whether it be billing, disputes, and fraud.
I handled escalated calls and was able to resolve all calls with a high-scored survey, perfect 10 at most.
I am also a freelance Data Entry Specialist for 2 years where involves entering data from various sources for processing and management. Updating and keeping data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time.
I am hoping that I can apply all the skills I obtained in a freelance job to deliver customer satisfaction.
