ABOUT ME

Hi! I have been working since 2015 related to several roles and industries, including being a general virtual assistant and marketing specialist with a real estate and start-up virtual assistant company; a customer service professional for a healthcare insurance company, and again with a power company; also I've co-authored numerous projects, materials and researches for business development, training, and customer handling. From my previous employment, I have had the opportunity to deal with both local and foreign clients/customers particularly in the United States and Australia. I am proud to say that I have versatile proficiency in a variety of skills, including handling corporate communications, managing schedules, handling documents, dealing with clients, and marketing - for both business development, and digital/social media management. I also have background on several tools, which may include, but are not limited to: real estate CRMs, including Boomtown, Follow Up Boss, Liondesk, and HubSpot; email marketing platforms, including MailChimp, Mailrelay, and WishPond; website building tools, including WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, and Weebly; project planning platforms, like Process Street, Trello, and Asana; design programs, like Canva, Crello and Photopea; integrations, like Zapier; and video creator like RenderForest, Powtoons, and Lumen5. In line with this, I was consistently commended for my customer focused approaches, continuous drive to learn and grow; and initiative in being more involved in the organization. I really know no spare time, since I enjoy working a lot, and actually count it as a hobby; but if I do find any idle hours, you'll probably catch me reading a book, doodling, or knitting.
